Friendly reception staff and concierge. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Huge spread of Taiwanese breakfast buffet Location very convenient. Especially like the hotel entrance with car drop off that many hotels don't have. 24 hour gym. Umbrellas with rubber tips that are good for long walks

Breakfast buffet was good but no change in items over the four days we were there. Room amenities and extras were good, room size was big! Room was clean and Aircon worked very well. Hotel right next to mrt, walkable to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial and Taiwan museum. Hotel reception was helpful. Swimming pool had no kiddie height and was a bit small.

I enjoyed my very spacious room with a large television set and desk with chair. The bathroom was spot on with a large soaking bath tub. Four bottles of water were provided daily, along with complimentary coffee and tea, however, I was surprised there were no ice machines - but available through housekeeping who delivered the bucket filled with ice.

Location was great as it was near the main station. Nice feel of a big hotel with a lot of buzz.

Location is easily accessed by taxi or MRT. You should take Exit No.2 MRT station to reach the hotel. The MRT station for the hotel is Shandoa Temple.
